Robert: “As a MuleSoft partner, we have experienced good growth in recent years. In order to continue to serve our customers optimally, we needed extra colleagues. The shortage of MuleSoft developers in the Belgian and Dutch markets remains enormous, which is why we had to look for a solution. We had been doing business with a Nearshore partner in Macedonia for years, but to get more control over the developers, we decided to open an office ourselves. For us, it was important to locate our new office somewhere where we were sure of the quality of the team. Through an existing contact, we ended up in Bosnia, where we have therefore opened our fourth branch. With our new colleagues in Bosnia, we have a qualified, certified and motivated team of MuleSoft developers.”
Henri: “In addition to the need for additional colleagues, we at Harmony attach great importance to corporate social responsibility. We didn't want to go too far outside of Europe, but we also wanted to be able to contribute something to (local) society. That's why we thought it was very important that we would be located where we, as a company, can help people. For Harmony, it is crucial that our team is properly rewarded and receives the necessary guidance. Bosnia is therefore the ideal location to achieve that ambition.”

Henri: “As Harmony, we want to become increasingly important in the world of MuleSoft and systems integration. We already have an important role in this, but we also see many opportunities to expand further. Our ambition is therefore to expand to other markets. Germany is very close to us and with the Rhur region (Europe's largest industrial area), it's an interesting market with a lot of companies that could use help with system integration.”
Robert: “In order to achieve this expansion and to further expand our integration solutions such as CareConnect, we want to get the team in Bosnia from 5 to 30 people, including senior MuleSoft developers. We are sure that we will realize great projects together.”

Armin (MuleSoft developer): “Harmony is the first company that took me seriously in my attempt to make a career change at my age. Also, the technologies that Harmony works with seemed interesting to me. We have weekly meetings with the Dutch colleagues and the connection with them is great. Working together on current projects is also very instructive.”
Harun (MuleSoft developer): “After graduating in Software Engineering, I felt it was the time to make a next major step in my career, and in my life. That's when I got to know about Harmony and their effort to open an office in Bosnia. I immediately started researching about the company, and the more research I have been doing, the more and more I felt a connection with the company. The tradition, the wonderful and overwhelmingly friendly community, and of course the professional orientation and success were enough to convince me to choose for Harmony. All the research that I've done, and just the few opening minutes of my first interview were enough to make this tough decision rather easily.”
