Personalized communications
In communication, templates containing standard letters are often used. These letters are often driven by data and are therefore somewhat focused on the customer's situation. But how often do I get sent communication myself where the content just isn't right for me. This does not contribute to a positive experience and makes me feel like one of so many. At Harmony, we believe this could be better. This is because the customer expects the communication he or she receives to meet his or her needs at that moment.
With the Interactive Documents module, we offer functionality for 1-1 print and email communications that can be used to personalize content. You decide which content can and cannot be modified. Through a form and answering questions, the content can possibly be further focused on the customer. Adding a local attachment is also possible. By inserting free text, you give a personal touch to the customer you just spoke to by phone. This creates a connection that can contribute to a positive CX and thus customer retention.
