Hillegom/Valkenswaard, 2 April 2025 – Today, Harmony IT and Jetmail BV have announced a strategic partnership to offer an integrated communications platform. The collaboration comes in response to growing market demand for solutions that give organisations complete insight and control over both their digital and physical communication channels.

The partnership makes perfect sense for both companies, as Robert Daniëls, Managing Director at Harmony IT, explains: "By joining forces, we're bringing together the best of both worlds. We specialise in digital communications, while Jetmail excels in physical mail processing. Rather than trying to do everything ourselves, we've combined our expertise to create a complete end-to-end solution for managing, sending and tracking customer communications across all channels."

For digital communications, the system tracks whether emails have been opened, while for physical mail, it records when documents were printed, placed into envelopes, and handed over to the postal service.

Implementations starting in Q2

The first implementations are already at an advanced stage, with projects for existing customers of both parties set to commence in Q2.
